Khartoum state provides 7000 tons of fuel to address fuel shortcoming

Ministry of Oil, Gas and Minerals said Wednesday it will provide about 7000 tons of fuel in all parts of Khartoum state covering 150% of the state’s need.

The ministry’s undersecretary, Azhari Basbar said in statements that all required quantities of Gasoline are now existed in Port Sudan to guarantee flow of strategic commodities to parts of the country.

“We ‘will provide 4000 tons of Gasoline and 2500 tons of Benzene covering more than 150% of Khartoum state need”. He reminded.

The minister further elaborated that provision of fuel will continue to cover all states.

Sudan is experiencing severe fuel crisis led to congestion on fuel stations and souring transportation prices.
