Sudan: 1941 companies violate commercial registrar Act

1941 companies are violating laws and regulations governing commercial activity in Sudan. General Commercial Registration Department announced.
Intensive inspection campaigns have been ordered by general commercial register’s director, Mohamed Ahmed Ali al-Gali and will be extended to other three months.
Al-Gali noted (124) governmental companies are also violating laws of commercial activity, pointing great number of companies have been inspected some of them have been referred to prosecution to face legal procedures.
